Crusin' to AK- Sitka

Our day in Sitka, AK was probably our favorite of the entire trip. The views were great, the town was small, and we loved walking through the national park. We even got to see a pair of bald eagles.

One of the eagles before it took flight...

Soaring...

We hiked a really long time to get to this memorial. We were slightly disappointed.

We got to touch this at a museum in town.... very slimy.

Jonathan giving a thumbs up to some fantastic clam chowder.

Crusin' around AK- Glacier Bay

We spent a day cruising around Glacier Bay, a beautiful part of the Inside Passage of Alaska. Notice our attire... we had just been working out in the gym when we pulled up to the glacier behind us. With the sun so bright, we were warm!

Titanic moment... iceberg straight ahead!

Incredible views and an incredible day!

Video of a whale!

Crusin' to AK- Juneau

One of our favorite days was when we cruised to Juneau, the Capital of AK. It was a gorgeous, warm day and we took advantage of it by going on a whale watching adventure. To see the whales dive was incredible! I'll try to post a video of that but until then I thought I would share some of our pics!

This is the Governor's Mansion.... Sarah Palin's house at the time but she resigned while we were on our trip.

I frantically tried to get a picture of the whales!

Capri-suns were all the rage as we boated around.

This is Mendenhall Glacier-- right outside of Juneau.
